We are trying our hand at internet marketing, we already implement the search engine submission method and we do not want to go down the 'link farming' route. We have heard of a company who can promote your website by placing links onto other websites. He goes to websites and puts a bit of information and a link to each page of the website. Although this sounds like a link farm, it is not... these websites are legitimate websites with content related to the website being promoted.

Until recently we thought he did this manually but we have recently found out he does this by going on various forums and making posts with the links and keywords as a signature or as commented text. He does not appear to do this himself as there are literally hundreds of sites he does this to and I'm sure he wont spend all day every day making posts.

Is there some software that can do this and is this the best method of search engine optimisation?
or is there any one willing to show us how to undertake this proseadure, and of course we are willing to pay for there time.

I'd be very very wary about using forums to promote your site. They - and their users - hate and loathe spam posts, and I don't see how what you describe can be anything else.
Hi,
All you asking about the directory services, I deal it with a service provider http://www.xnynz.com/ at an affordable charge. This information might be useful to you, I hope.
