Thanks for your quick responses. I wouldn't open it grasscarp as I don't know who it's from.
chelle7272 it purports to come from [email protected] and when I opened the email it said it was from R.B.S, which could mean Royal Bank of Scotland of course, but the content of the email isn't very well stated which leads me to believe that it's not genuine.
