Has anybody been watching this? It's very interesting. He's training up young ones to work in the restaurant trade. Great experience for them all but some of them have me in stitches.

I like him.
He encourages and his criticism is fair, not derogatory.

I read somewhere though, that he's not going to be on anymore Masterchef things with Monica as him and the Beeb are of differing views about his potatoes.

Just reading the previous posts below, it seems it was on in 2011. Pity about the differences, it would have been nice to see how they fared after the training period.
