Keep brushing on marinade from time to time as they cook - just like basting meat to stop it becoming too dry.
PitStop - I am not familiar with "streaky pork slices" but is it something you could cook in the slow cooker OR wrap in foil and put it in the oven on a low temperature for a longer time? Both of those methods keep pork tenderloins from drying out when I make it. I actually prefer to do them in the oven wrapped in foil so the outside gets a little brown - no basting when you do them either of those ways.

they are a bit like pork loin steaks only far streakier and slightly thicker
Belly pork strips are lovely done in the oven ..I just season them and brush them with honey . Or they are nice put on top of some vegetables .Cut your veg into chunks ,add chopped garlic lay the seasoned belly pork on top glug some walnut oil over it and put it in the oven. They shouldn't go dry because there is a lot of fat in them ..just keep turning and basting them. ....or a cheap dinner with them is
Belly Pork Slices
Couple of large potatoes
2 large nnions
Chicken Stock or Water
Salt and Pepper

Pre-heat oven to 180C: 350F: Gas 4.
Peel and thinly sliced the potatoes and onions.
Starting with the potatoes place alternate layers of potato and onion, ending with a final layer of potato, seasoning lightly as filling.
Pour over the stock (or water).
Put the slices slices of belly pork on top.
Bake covered for 2-3 hours, removing the cover for the final 30 minutes of cooking to brown the meat.
When I was a kid (many moons ago) my mother used to cook belly pork in the oven ,in a dish with sage and onion stuffing.
This kept it nice and moist !
Hi There ,
Try putting the slices into either a roasting bag or cook them in tin foil & approx 10 mins before they are ready open up the tin foil to give them a bit of colour also sprinkle a little soft brown suger on them as well yum yum
