if anyone in the south Yorkshire area is having problems with deliveries from this company DPD here's the number to contact the depot
its not on their web page and there no "human" to contact on the web site
their service is atrocious.

DPD service here (south Hampshire) is excellent, efficient and friendly.

Had a delivery through them earlier this week,in Notts, they sent an email it was on it's way,the drivers name, which number delivery it was on the drivers list and an approximate ETA.It arrived within 10min of the ETA all in all an excellent service.

I've found them to be very good too. Perhaps you are unlucky and have a poorly run depot Ivor?

yeh it seems it's the driver in this area im in although facebook has some scathing remarks about them too

I've had a few things delivered by DPD and I've always found them really good. They always keep you upto date on where your parcel is and give you a proper eta in the morning so you're not held at home against your will all day waiting in for it. I am in Dorset myself so maybe it's a regional problem although I can't see how that would effect the tracking that must be national. I hope you get your problem sorted Ivor but I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

the tracking is not a good system here anyway its all over the place.
i had this problem last year the first time i had a delivery from them and after all the running round i did i got a £10 voucher for all the phone calls etc i did,
anyway i have now got my package ,so end of story
