Lightroom 5.3

If I remove Lightroom 5.3 from my computer will my pictures resort to 'normal',as they were before I foolishly bought,installed and tried to be 'clever' and 'knacked' them all?
Any advice or help will be very gratefully appreciated.

what pictures? might they still be on your camera? No, uninstalling the program wont revert pictures to their original status. Are you saying that you didn't do your alterations on copies?

Lightroom doesn't change your pictures at all unless you save the 'modified' versions it just knows to apply the 'changes' you've made when displaying them, try looking at the pictures via any other photo viewer and you'll see.
