i took it to the apple store as it self corrected itself before they tested everthing and said its working fine and all ok, but as its happened again and the year warranty is in May i am wondering where i stand to ask for a refund or brand new laptop.
Take a photo of the fault when it happens and use this as proof of the intermittent fault when you take it back should it happen again.
If the product is not fit for purpose and develops a fault during it's first year, then you maybe entitled to a replacement or a refund.
