can anyone tell me why landlords can get away without taking the 1p off a pint
introduced by the budget..they didn't comply last year either..my local put 10p on a pint 4 wks ago,but refuses to take the penny off..AGAIN..it's not the money,it's the principal.

I am puzzled as to why Osborne has again announced this 1p reduction in this way. I said last year it's better to say he's not putting it up than proudly announcing a 1p reduction- it's bound to attract ridicule and claims he's out of touch if he thinks drinkers will celebrate a penny off
