I need to build a circuit and I want eight 10mm leds in it that flash at diferent rates. It needs to run off a 12v transformer so will need a relay. I think I need an 8 pin chip. Can anyone shed any light on this for me (excuse the pun)
Thanks

All of which is too complex for a first time constructor, I suggest that you look around places like this and buy a kit containing all the electronic parts and included a pre-programmed PIC chip.
