This girl disappeared weeks ago, which was entirely out of character according to her friends and family. The body has yet to be identified but it looks as if it is Nida. What a shock for her family.

I agree with you Gromit ~ I was just trying to keep an open mind. I am sure that a high percentage of murderers are known ~ friend or relative. It is a sad world.

It is always a tragedy when someone is murdered.

I've not followed the story closely, so this is the first I have heard of someone leaving the home barefoot. Whilst not impossible I suppose, one may be desperate and take the first opportunity to get away (which would speak volumes by itself) it sounds extremely unlikely to take the bins out barefoot then decide to leg it. Something isn't quite right there.

OG...I think you are right here. Its very strange. I suspect foul play of some kind. Her body has been found quite a distance away from where she lived.

Gromit...there was a lot of speculation weeks ago here in South Wales that this young lady had absconded with a boy, not approved of by the family. So until yesterday her family might well have kept a candle burning that she was alive somewhere. But although the body has not yet been formally identified, her family must now have abandoned all hope. Small update from the BBC ::
