Stain Devils are brilliant. They do a whole range with different bottle for different stains. Have a look in Tesco, etc.

I am the quiet man's wife and I have used Stain Devil biro pen remover - it was brilliant, it really removed all of the stain

Meths usually dissolves biro ink, but remember it itself is dyed, so try it on a hidden bit first and wash it well immediately after using the meths.
