I would be interested to hear of other peoples experiences, of this diet. I have been on this for about 3 weeks now, in the first week I lost 3lb, last week nothing ,this week I have put on 2lb !!, must be going wrong somewere.

The amount you lose will be affected by the amount you need to lose (I have about 4stones to go and have lost one and a bit already). Because muscle uses more energy than fat, it's a good idea to keep up the exercise. The other thing I'm doing is to keep a food diary - to make sure I don't overheat on non-fast days.
You don't, of course, need to eat salads! Home-made soups and stir-fries can be healthy, low calorie and hot alternatives.

A diet will only make you lose weight in other parts of the body, stick to healthy eating nd do more exercises that work on the belly area, I have been dieting on and off for over 30 years and never found any diet worked long term and now being type 2 diabetic I have to stick to healthy eating for the rest of my life and basic exercise and I have lost 25lbs and dropped 2 trouser sizes.
