NHS Quit smoking ad - voiceover?

Does anyone know who voices the current NHS quit smoking ad? They seem to have a Stoke (or that area) type accent so at first I thought it was Jonathan Wilkes, but after hearing it again I'm not sure it is.

It's really bugging me!

Ah, so you're just guessing then? Or are you just trying to be a smart arse?

Anyway, all my other sources disagree with you - they reckon it's Adrian Bower (he played Brian in Teachers). I have this from 3 independent places, so am more inclined to believe it than your answer, sorry.
