Help, the weight just wont stop piling on.
I quit smoking nearly 4 months ago and the weight has piled on and wont stop even tho I have stopped picking now.
I am 42, female, 4ft 11 (and a half) inches tall, and have weighed between 7 and 8 stone forever. I now weigh nearly 9! Its all on my hips, bum and belly. I am reasonably active but dont actually exercise. I cant diet whilst I am still concentrating on not smoking so what shall I do to lose this FAT? HELP ME PLEASE YOU KIND PEOPLE :(

Even if you never lose the weight you have gained you will still be healthier than your slimmer smoking counterparts.
However, four months since quitting? You shouldn't really be concentration on it much, but I have never smoked so I don't really understand what the fuss is about.
Just replace one meal with salad (No bread, no meat, no fatty dressing) a day for one month. Simple. 10-14 lbs off. Carry on as normal with booze, choccy or whatever.
AND STAY OFF THE FAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
