Tool Bar Problems.....

My toolbar at the bottom of the screen is to big/wide and it keeps popping up when my cursor goes over it.

Its a bit over an inch, but I cant seem to make it smaller/narrower!

Any help please.

You can drag the taskbar up to the size you wish. and you can set it to pop up when you go over it. Try right clicking on it and changing the settings. If it won't change it's probably set to "lock".
