Yesterday Mrs BT bought a jar of jam, the label, in a heart shape, says 'Hartley's Best Apricot Jam', as opposed to their worst apricot jam perhaps?

A bit like having freshly made sandwiches over stately made ones!

Sandwiches are "stately" if they are presented by a waitress in a crisp, white pinny, and served on a porcelain stand.

Blooming auto correct!

Thanks JJ for pointing that out, of course it should have said STALELY!
I ordered a 'freshly made' sandwich once, when I asked for the to to not be buttered I was told that wasn't possible because all the sandwiches were pre made!

When challenged on their definition of freshly made I was told it meant they were made that morning.
