The museum is Scotland dedicated to the man widely recognised as the father of the United States Navy is struggling with severe financial problems.

Good luck in your endeavours - it's important that this is kept open. However i must point out one of our local historical figures, see the link above, also credited by the American navy as founder. (The statue to him in our town is visited every year by the American Ambassador and a Navy troop, and wreaths laid in a ceremony).
