Cannot Reconcile Clue With The Solution

Clue reads as follows :-
Reclines with Zen riddle and something to eat (two words)

from the letters i already have I can only come up with WIENER SCHNITZEL but am at a loss on just how to relate this with the clue.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Well ! How on earth didn't the anagram solution occur to me ?....
a "senior moment" I suppose but a somewhat prolonged one 'cos I agonised over the clue/solution for a good fifteen minutes.
