they have estimated my gas use for this next 12 months based on my previous readings,which are and have been for the last 5 years with them aprox 254kws annually what have they got it as, 6666kws !

they're all king useless. i''ve been paying scottish power by D/D for 15 months and getting bills/threatening letters for the same gas from british gas.
