Probably 7am if not earlier depending on where his depot is. Sunday deliveries are available from some companies for those that find that is the only time convenient for them. But you would have thought your neighbours would have been about in order to take it in out of consideration for others.
7.43 by the sound of it. Well allow him 7.15 so as to be able to get to you.
Maybe they didn't know it was going to arrive on a Sunday. In the two Sundays leading up to Xmas, I saw plenty of parcel deliveries going on in the housing estate where I live. Whatever time the chap started this morning, I bet he isn't being paid the correct rate for a Sunday. I never use Amazon now because of the way they treat their staff. The fact that they don't see the need to pay any tax in Britain doesn't help either.

Firstly I wondered who on earth would knock at my door at that time in the morning so put the chain on the door and the guy was as good as pleading with me and I truly felt sorry for him, I probably scared him to death me in my dressing gown and hair not combed properly !second thoughts he has probably seen worse sights.
someone probably decided it was the best time to find people in. hope he got well paid but doubt it.
