I've just downloaded a Samsung update and cannot receive my emails. A message of master sync disabled appears. Any suggestions?

Try restarting your phone. I've just had the update for my Note 3 a few days ago, no problems.

Thanks for that, but it didnt work. Also, I cant access this account im having to use my tablet.
