We currently use Heart Internet at a small Charity I work for, however the Domain is up for renewal in 7 days and they only accept credit or debit card payments, and as a Charity we do not have this facility they WONT accept BACS or cheque payments! ...Can anyone suggest another good provider ?

Alternatively, why don't you just pay for the domain renewal yourself and claim it back from the charity?

Check out http://www.milesweb.com/ they accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheques.
