FALSE ALLEGATIONS OF ASSAULT- SHE WANTS CUSTODY OF KIDS

My ex partner took me to a family court rather than mediation i offered as she wanted full custpdy of our 3 children.She made allegation in the family court papers of violence against her and the children and a threat to kick,no calls to the police, this was the 20.08.09 i won join residency order and she gave me joint parental response ability of our eldest child.
she was asked to leave the family home in the 5.08.09 and i retained the children on the 13.08.09 on the advice of my solicitor.she was visiting the children from the 13th-20th to bath them and put to bed,on the 30.08.09 i asked her why she had made false allegations to the police (2 ASSAULTS bruising to the arm at home no witnesses!!! she showed them to a friend!!) and she said if i became a SAS DAD which means only see the children on Sat and sunday she would drop charges of assault and criminal damage to clothes, i said no. on .02.09.09( my youngest sons birthday)in police station i was arrested(8hrs) as she also told them i threatehed to kill her father on the 30th,this is purely to get my children full time as my children when in my care are saying mommy will sort it so we are with her full time!!! she has been texting my eldest son 3 -4 time when in my care and playing mind games with content,she is also sending the children to me ill and not telling me and i am having to take them to the doctors and even going into hospital any help please in court tomorrow

I see that you did not have any response to your posting, but this is a specific and complex case, and I doubt if anyone on here would be in a better position to advise you than your own solicitor. I hope that you are both able to have the access to your children that you want and that in times things will become more amicable.

thanks for your comments i currently have joint residency 50-50 but she is not happy with this!! hence why she wants me to get a criminal record,according to my family law he says she will strruggle to get any more custody as she did not put up a defense in the family courts even with her barrister present, i am such a threat she even gave me joint parental responsability of our 11 yr son.this situation is tearing him apart as the other boys are 3 and 5,she sends 4 -5 texts a day to him when they are with me.Even the way they behave now has changed, they are much more unruley as i feel she is letting them gett away with things to please them.

Mate I'm in same situation here. Going for some contact via courts. Been over 3 years without any contact. False allegations keep rolling and my arrests keep stacking up. In august she alleged another false allegation as I've posted it on here and police fail to act as I should be grateful I've not been charged. I'm currently being threatened by police with arrest for wasting police time for trying to report malicious allegations. Mine is deeper than that as west mids police are covering things over for an officer or more than one that haven't done their jobs correctly.
I'm currently getting things together to write to mag courts to get a private prosecution sorted
