My right eyelid keeps twitching. Any idea what causes this? It never used to!

supsposed to mean Stress and tiredness, mines been doing it today too :-)

Not sure what actually causes it but it is made worse by lack of sleep.

My eye brow was doing that last week, lasted a few days but seems to be OK now.

Can also be caused by stress and caffeine.

If is your left it can be either , stress, lack of sleep (due to stress) or you are worried about what people are thinking of you to much... You may feel everything you do is being juged .. if that is so.. then you need to relax and tell your self it doesnt matter.. then it will go away ,,, if it is your right eye.. get it checked...
