I quit!

Well, hopefully I will anyway. I think I've come to the decision that I want to quit smoking. I've been thinking about it for a while now but a conversation with the bf last night has had me thinking about it all day. Plus, I've been a little inspired by B00 and her excellent progress.

So, what tips can you all give me to help me be successful? I'm thinking about packing it in from Wednesday morning.
