quite normal for Africa, I'd have said. never see the companies involved in these corruption cases in the dock, do we?

It may well be, but he didn't start in Africa. It started in Ruislip, Middlesex
seriously though, could be family related.
I think it is greed related.
you read these stories about 'self-made' millionaires that start ' I borrowed 2 million of my uncle'. lol.
in much the same way I doubt, in these corrupt countries, you can start at the bottom and 'graft' your way up without a helping hand.
this happens all the time all over Africa, they don't give a damn about the poor, the starving and those in genuine need. He will bribe his way out of this, as most of them do. Why am I not surprised ?
