Where can I buy videos issued for the USA in UK
9 Answers
I'd like to buy a video of a 1964 Peter Sellers film, and though loads are available in the USA, I haven't been able to find one here. As the duty paid on parcels from the USA has stopped me ever dealing with it again, are there any dealers here who have American stuff?

The film's called 'The world of Henry Orient', which I saw on TV 30 years ago and recently discovered online.
Loads of videos available in the States, but all sites here just link you to Amazon who link you somewhere else.
I can play NTSC as well, but as I said, I had to pay more in delivery than I did for the parcel last time I bought from there, so now I'll stick locally.
Funnily enough, the only way I could get a tape of 'Torpedo' by Havana let's go' , a London band from 1981 was via Japan (as a gift, though).
If I ever get a DVD it'll need to record as well, including changing cable channels on the timer. I think that is a long way off!
I'm sure my video will turn up eventually, I just thought there may be a UK firm who specialise in imports that I hadn't heard of. Maybe I should plug the market gap- I have an English friend in India who's just started importing UK videos and they can't get enough.
If you go to www.amazon.co.uk and search for your vid under "all products" it will take you to [email protected]. They have 2 copies apparently.
