Venison Shoulder Steaks.

Never had them before. There's conflicting info on the net. Some say shoulder can be cooked like beef steak others say that it needs long slow cooking. Any advice please?

I was reading about venison earlier. Apparently farmed venison is more tender than wild. The good thing though is that all venison is free range...

The steaks are quite small. Perfect for me but OH will probably need two. The normal price was £4 but they were doing buy 3 for £10.

and farmed salmon is pinker than wild and ecological vandalism, so let's hope venison doesn't go the same way
