Pistorius, Guilty Or Not Guilty?

Guilty or not guilty, so far? Personally I think he is nailed on guilty, from what i've seen and heard, quite a lot, i go with the prosecutions version of events on that terrible night, they had an argument, she wanted to leave, locked herself in the bathroom, he lost his temper, red mist came down and he shot her, i just cannot believe that she didn't say anything or make any sort of sound in his version of the story, it doesn't make sense.

divebuddy ^^^ that has had me confused as well, I have asked but not got an answer.
I think he has 'friends in high places' there was a report that his sister was a very senior figure in the South African government criminal prosecution service.

Seems to boil down to the fact that detention without trial ( denial of bail) was a key factor in the apartheit era where it was used as a way to lock up any one the authorities did not want out on the streets.

What I find really odd is that if Reeva didn't feel threatened when she went into the bathroom, why lock the door? - close it yes, but lock it doesn't ring right with me.

His entire story is full of holes and ambiguities , I am certain that he lost his temper and went to attack her, she ran into the toilet to try to escape but he just shot her through the door. That fits the evidence far better than his story.

^^ Yes guilty in my view. All four shots hit her, one in the neck the the rest in the chest, he knew exactly where she would be behind the door and aimed the shots to kill. He was using dum dum rounds which expolode on impact with a body , the neck shot would have taken her head off, they have not allowed descriptions of the wounds on TV ' Too Graphic'. There is a video of Pistorious using the gun / ammo on a shooting range , he hits a water melon which explodes and is heard to say ''Fu*k me ! it's a Zombie stopper''
