Advice For The Youth Of Today

With the benefit of our advanced years, what advice should we give to a young person who is about to start to make their own way in the world?


For chaps I would start with

"Don't keep your darts in the same pocket as your noddies ..."

Believe me when I tell you that I DID do that thing that you think you invented... been there, done that!

I find what ever you say to the youth they will ignore you, they think they know better, as we probably all did at their age. You get on far better with them if you agree with 'give it a go' unless it is drugs of course.
