Happy Easter to you all. I hope you're all sufficiently rested and you've enjoyed your holiday.

I am baking a lemon drizzle cream sandwich cake thingee later as the man slave has a bake-off comp at work tomorrow and he can't bake for toffee. Hopefully he will go through to the next round of the competition.

Well all this food has got me needing some, even a sausage sarnie - papers and then to a local Inn for one with a second coffee for me, maybe then a third.
