Spanish Liqueur/shot

Whilst on holiday recently when we asked for our bill the waiter brought us a free drink, it was served in a shot glass, he told us to down it in one but we did not think to ask what it was. It was pure white like milk and I think it had a cow on the bottle, any ideas please ? it was very nice !!!

Pernod and pastis both go milky when water is added. Did it taste of aniseed? I think "Grappa" does the same as well.
Don't know of a make with a cow on it though.

They usually just give you a free fruit schnapps shot (which is not milky so not this). What did it taste like?

The Black Cow vodka is clear, like water, unless it's mixed with something.

Prudie, it definitely wasn't fruity, very smooth and I cannot really remember the taste, needed a couple more !!!
