Bathroom Ceiling.

I have just had a new wet room made with tiles to the ceiling but plumbers do not paint the ceiling. I have pink plaster what must I now do to make it waterproof. Thankyou.

First paint it with diluted paint, leave to dry and then give it another couple of coats of undiluted paint.

That's worked out fine for my small bathroom. You could use a bathroom paint after painting with diluted paint.

1 thinned coat of vinyl matt, followed by 2 coats of kitchen & bathroom matt or satin. Or you could use acrylic eggshell instead of the K&B matt.
