Romantic Surprises at home?

My husband has been away on a business trip for a week and when he returns on Saturday afternoon/evening I plan to surprise him with a nice herbal bubble bath and a romantic dinner.
Can anyone help me with suggestions to make his return home more romantic? I'm going to fill the room with candles and incense (he loves that sort of thing)
I'm also stuck on ideas for dessert (Yes, actual dessert before you ask!)
Could anyone help me please?

Wonderful idea there PolarBear73. Please be careful 'though not to build things up too far in your own mind; and stay prepared for a tired chap who just wants sleep or somthing close to it. So you may have to be strong and slow down your supprises 'til a bit later it's pos. !
However, not wanting to put a damper on things- Dessert? stawberrys and cream - or, Black Forrest Gatoux. Oh, and good luck!

Oooh yum! Nice idea :) I've already told him he's gonna get a nice surprise from me and it won't be too strenuous anyway because you're right, he'll be a bit tired! Haha

1) Sheppherds pie (with baked beans inside!!!)

2) A decent red wine

3) Rhubarb crumble

4) A James Bond DVD

5) A willingness to have your bottom spanked
