Hotel Booking Confirmation Anomaly

Have received a hotel booking confirmation via e-mail. The layout differs from all others I have ever received. The actual confirmation to hand to the hotel is spread over 2 pages. page 1 contains my personal details amount paid, credit card details etc plus the first few lines of the confirmation.
I have got round it by printing the 2 pages, folding page 1 to hide personal details arranging this page and page 2, scanning and reprinting as 1 page.
The question is, would there be another way of doing it.

If your printer supports it, print in larger (or smaller) type so that the page break is in the 'correct' place

What is your concern?

When you check into a hotel they usually ask for your home address, telephone number and a swipe of you credit card.

What additional info is on this confirmation that you haven't already willingly provided?

You could try opening page 1 in Paint and deleting anything that you don't want to keep.
