Heard a song this morning on the radio . It was an old song i think. It was a man and a woman singing. it when something like this. '' i can sing better that you ! no you can't, yes i can, no you can't, yes i can yes i can! '' they when on like that all through the song but chaged it to - i can sing softer that you, i can hold a note longer that you and so on. it sounded like it was from the 1950's or so.
donegal I think it may have been film "Calamity Jane" singers were Doris Day and I think Howard Keel, saw it years ago, based on a real woman,title is Anything You can do I can do better, that was from the 1950's. Hope this helps
I know the one you mean donegal and it aint from Annie get your Gun...it was a song i remember from 60's or 70's, kinda one hit wonder i think and could be hard to trace unless someone actually bought it then (doubt it mate!!!)
