Does any one else fancy egg and chips for their lunch? Today I am deviating from my normally healthy (5 a day, plenty of roughage and essential vitamins) food intake and heading relentlessly towards a plate of egg and chips with HP sauce.

Though I do not fancy it myself (will have carrots and brussel's sprouts), I hope you enjoy your meal.

My theory is: Your body probably know what it wants/needs, and not all cravings should be ignored.

When I was a lad the biggest meal of the day was always just after noon. Usually on Monday we had bacon and egg which was a quick easy meal for my mother to make because she had been most of the morning in the cellar doing the washing with dolly tub, posser and wringer.

Sounds good, you can supplement it with, a couple of rashers of Bacon, two Sausages, Black Pudding, Baked beans and/or Tomatoes, Mushrooms fried in Butter, a couple of slices of Bread and real Butter, washed down with a mug of tea. Enjoy.
Ooooooh yeah please, a snotty egg but hold the HP, ta :-)
Hell yes. Meet you in the caf in about 10 mins, ok?

I was sticking to my diet until I read this

Thank you all. In the end I decided on two doorstop slices of bread with home made chips and a runny fried egg on top....oh, and of course HP sauce! How can food that tastes this good be so bad for you!!

The problem with sithlords football tea - is do they let you take it into the ground.

My football tea is a pie at half time - they sell the best pies at Priestfields (Gillingham) = tasty, big and homemade they are delicious

Obviously it's a watching football on th tv tea. I would'nt take it to the ground with me even if I could. I'm a Wolves fan and chips soaked with tears don't taste to good!!!
