For Sqad, Slaney

and others who gave me advice.
I've been discharged from the vascular department at last. Not that they did anything at all for me when I look back.
From not being able to feel pulses below the groin I now have strong pulses in both legs. I'm told that this is because smaller arteries seem to have opened up due to my exercising....and of course wearing high heels....☺
I'm warned that the restriction could get worse...but also that it could reduce ....I'll work on the reduction.
I can walk briskly and for long distances with no problems....run up the stairs...climb ladders, I'm not sure about getting to the top of the Pinnacle Climbing Wall....I'll give it a shot though!
So thank you for all your help and advice....it really is much appreciated.

Slaney.....you are right of course but if Sqad hadn't told me what it was all that time ago and if it hadn't been for advice on here I wouldn't have known what the problem was for sure and how to help it.
IC was never confirmed for certain until a few weeks ago.....they still thought it was a nerve damage problem....nor exercise suggested as a way to perhaps avoid surgery until late last year.
But now I feel in charge of it.....and know what to do to help myself!
So...onwards and upwards....but not Everest!
Thank you....Gx
