Room Thermostat Wont Work!

I have one of these, and it does not seem to connect with the main box on the wall for some reason. The box on the wall is flashing red. I have to manually turn on heating from the boiler. I have no manual with it, lost it

May be worth changing the batteries in the CM921 unit.

Batteries have been changed still didn't work. Its functioning I.e date time etc just wont link to the boiler.

Have you read the user guide that Sunny Dave posted?

Take your remote near the boiler. There could be interference, if it works the unit attached to the boiler might need relocating.
