My friend is in Thailand at the moment. She is having a rough time settling there and has been using the phone but its costing her a fortune to even receive calls. She is on pay as you go, is there anything that will make it cheaper for her?

Get a local SIM card or a local Thai mobile �phone - remember to haggle! Then e-mail everyone with the new number.
Over there it�s very cheap to call the UK from a Thai mobile or all her friends here can use any of the cheap prefix numbers or VOIP if they have it.
