Facebook Help

Morning All
I have posted this topic in Gaming and have had no luck so here I go again.
I play Candy Crush on the I Pad, all of a sudden im having no luck connecting to facebook, it comes back at me with "sorry you do not have access to the kingdom right now. My face has disappeared , i cannot receive any lives nor send them. When i go on facebook it connects as normal. When i go on Facebook on the Mac and go onto Candy Crush its about 20 levels behind. Its as though they are not talking to each other, I have checked all my settings such as email address and password, they are still the same. I cannot understand whats gone wrong. I recently downloaded CC onto my phone and im on the level that im on on the Mac. Iv been onto settings on the I Pad but still no luck. I dont understand whats gone wrong. Please help

I had to uninstall then, install again all good now.

Hi Giggsie. Iv done that but to no avail. It is soooo irritating. I do not know what else to do.

I'm having the same problem, i play it on my oh's i phone, nothing i do will get it back, but if i uninstall and install again do you have to start at the beginning

Iv got it all sorted now. It was because i was turning the clock backwards and forwards. So far everything is ok. Bongofury, believe me, i have installed it and un installed it many times and it always goes back to where you left it.
