remember last week I was in panic mode [nothing unusual for me !] because my washing machine door would not open, in my panic I contacted Just Answer for help, well you guys answered much quicker than they did and they charged me £22 and answered a good few hours later and there advice was " contact the manufacturer" that's all the advice they gave, so when asked for feedback I said I want a refund and to my surprise and their merit I have got my money back, well done Just Answer just proves that not everyone is out to rip you off.
