surgery in USA

I am hoping to have surgery in USA and I am from the United Kingdom. Does anybody know if I will be able to or are their any laws and regulations stopping me. Also does anybody know what age you have to be to have surgery in America?

As far as I know you can have any op you want if you can pay for it. Under a certain age you need parental consent, not sure what that age is though.

Also be aware there can be restrictions on flying after surgery so you need to factor recovery time in as well as just the time it takes to do the surgery.

No laws to stop you as long as you are paying for it.

No specific age for operations but parental approval is necessary for minors.
