Keyboard Keys Reversed

Our @ and " keys are reversed and the right alt key comes up as ctrl plus alt. Any tips on how to correct?

Your keyboard has somehow been changed to US, not UK.

The full fix for XP is: Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages (Tab) > Details.. (Under Input Languages)

Then change Default Input Language to English (United Kingdom), and remove anything else.

You've also got Language Bar... (under Preferences) in there to turn Language Bar off. (A good idea if you're not swapping languages on a regular basis)
