Two Updates One Post

I had the Eye Hospital Today (for once I had a good time and everybody was nice and helpful) 2 vessels have appeared but they don't know if they are new or if they are old ones that are shrinking. I am hopeful that it may be the latter as my control has been very good so shouldn't be having any newbies.

Ricky (for those who are keen to know how he is doing) He is allowed home for a few hours at weekends but he is still staying in hospital while he completes the rehabilitation process. His injuries have left him with problems affecting how he speaks, balance and his co-ordination and his ability to swallow. He is still in the best care and they are working to do the best that they can to make his situation better. His dad was quoted 'the old Ricky has gone and has been replaced by a new version' but to me and presumably many others he is still our Ricky.

Will keep you all informed.

Thank you Sib - the nurse that was to do my eyesight and drops - I had him in knots but he left himself wide open for it though. It is good news just hope they can do more for him as time goes on
