The rear wipe stalk has 3 positions: off; 6 second intermittant wipe (no wash); wash with continuous wipe. What happens when you only move the stalk to the 2nd position (intermittant)?
I have a Nova (74000 m) & a 2000 Corsa (53000 m) both have only had new tyres & brake pads fitted & steering & suspension are perfect. I`ve had Novas & Corsas since 1984 & they very rarely need anything replacing. It sounds as if there may have been some accident damage & something hasn`t been reassembled or adjusted correctly. My cars were used for driving tuition so I know how robust they are. I would seriously consider having a professional vehicle examination to discover the cause of your problems. I did once spend over a year sorting out everything to cure a steering problem just as you describe, only to discover that 2 (Dunlop) tyres had manufacturing faults that no amount of balancing could cure.

thanks again for your reply, rear wiper stork has only 2 positions on mine if you push it towards the front of car, it washes then swipes 3 times, if you just click it once then its intermitant every few seconds but thats when it sticks in different places, the car i bought funny enough was my ex driving instructures car which i passed my test in nearly 3yrs ago, i did ask him had it been in a accident he said it had't i knew about the wiper not working, but dident think that would have been a prob getting sorted, the other prob with the vibration and steering is annoying me could ithe steering and vibration be connected somewhere? putting it in to get serviced fri going to have to get them to check it, steering dosent seem to vibrate just feels loose now again, just hope it dont cost me a fortune whatever it is, garage said all the tyres are fine, but somehow dont trust garages, got a car from arnold clark 2yr ago they totally ripped me off with a duff car
You have the model after mine, ie the brake lights are up the rear 1/4 pillars & I`ve only just noticed a couple of Corsas with the rear wipe parking to the left of the rear window instead of the right as on mine. Now, you`ve changed the 3 components which may have caused the problkem, but to no avail. It occurs to me that if either the wiper motor or the relay are for the pre 2001 Corsa then the wiper will get its knickers in a twist not knowing where to park. I`d try the old wiper motor with the new relay, operating it without the arm attached, so it can find its proper park position.
As to the vibration, the car may not have been in an accident with another vehicle, but the passenger side front wheel will have been curbed HARD on one or more occasions despite the best efforts of the instructor. It is possible that a suspension/steering component is bent or out of alignment or worn or loose (don`t know when your last MoT was). I forgot that I did once have to renew the n/s rear wheel bearing because of many gentle kerbings on the reverse round corner exercise, but never a front one.
