Now I can't decide which sounds better. Probably could be either! Is the second letter crucial, Pete?

It's rang up for made a phone call.
rung up is a different tense- i HAVE rung up...

Indecision time!!! Second letter is the crucial one - think I'll settle for "rang" rather than "rung" but it's anybody's guess. Thanks for all your thoughts.
