Unexpected windfall this morning from e.on.

Along with my latest bill was a separate letter telling me they will be returning the £176 that I have overpaid, to my bank within the next 10 days.

Never known them to offer any back before. They have also decreased my DD.

Yes I had a similar letter with my latest bill, refunding me just over £100 which was a pleasant surprise along with the reduced DD payment notice.
Better in our account than theirs, about time we got something back ... even if it is ours to start with :)

Yes very true, it is ours,just unusual to get it back without a fuss.
Unusual for them to be so prompt too.

Oh well grateful and small mercies.
