I have bought 3 packs of rack of lamb. Each one would take approx. 25 - 30 mins to cook. How long will the 3 take?

The same time if cooked together

They will probably take a bit longer due to the greater drop in oven temperature when the cold lamb is put into the hot oven and therefore longer required for the oven to get back up to the correct temperature.
