Streetlife

Today I received a letter which was an invitation to sign up for streetlife.com It`s an online community website. The blurb says it`s handy for sharing practical information like crime alerts, lost pets and community events. I just wondered if it`s worth it or whether it`s an opportunity to bombard me with adverts and for someone to sell my email address to all and sundry.

It's just an on line community, I belong and it's been useful for finding out local stuff. I don't get any spam from it as far as I know.

It's not as busy as here but I have found it useful in the past.
